The Fitness Guild is offering ONLINE memberships while our facility remains closed.

Let's all chill out together : ) All you need is a mat. Mondays is Yin Yoga, Thursdays is Gentle Flow & Stretch, Fridays is Ashtanga Flow, Sundays is YogaCORE.
