Let's all chill out together : ) All you need is a mat. Mondays is Yin Yoga, Thursdays is Gentle Flow & Stretch, Fridays is Ashtanga Flow, Sundays is YogaCORE.
There is no need to be self-conscious or nervous, you can turn off your audio and visual before joining the class so can be completely anonymous. If you have questions please feel free to email info@thefitnessguild.com.
