Looking to kick off your weekend right? Join us on Saturday morning at 9 am for our first Saturday Morning Wake-Up class. Class will be a vinyasa/power flow. Bring your mat, some water, and be prepared to (maybe) sweat but (definitely) have some fun!

Class will be medium intensity and all levels of experience are welcome. Modifications will be offered throughout class.
