Warren Price - President

Warren was born in Kirkland Lake and raised in Kitchener, Ontario.

Warren joined the Canadian Army, RCEME Core, in June 1965 where he completed the required training and was qualified as Vehicle Mechanic Wheeled Group 1. He was honourably released in June 1968.

Warren then pursued a career as a plumber in Calgary, Alberta. In October 1972 he received his Certificate for Plumbing and Gas Fitting and worked for other businesses until December 1975.

Warren was an Inspector/Conciliator with the New Home Warranty Program in Edmonton, Alberta from January 1976 to May 1977 when he decided to become a service co-ordinator for Nu West Homes. After about one year in that position he was promoted to Construction Superintendant building approximately 50 homes per year.

In 1980 Warren and his wife Mary started, and operated two successful businesses in Edmonton (Smart Homes Ltd. and Warm Home Insulation Ltd.) until April, 1987 when they decided to move back to Mary's home town of Trenton.

Once in Trenton Warren was hired as General Manager of the housing division for a major commercial business in Trenton building homes in Trenton until June 1990 when the housing industry began to slow down.

Warren and his wife, Mary, began Warren & Co. Contracting Ltd. in June 1990 and have enjoyed working together since that time building a very reliable, friendly, and honest business.

The various Certificates that Warren holds are: Master Plumber; Plumber; G.2 Gas Ticket; Water Meter Installer; and Rinnai Continuum Water Heater Installer. He has also completed the following with the Construction Safety Association of Ontario: Basics of Supervising; Basics of Fall Protection; and WHMIS in Construction.

Warren is also Chairman of the Renovation Committee with the Quinte Home Builders Association.

Warren enjoys spending his spare time at his cottage in Carlow/Mayo Township snowmobiling, four wheeling, and fishing.

Bricen Sears - Plumber

Bricen was born and raised in Bancroft, Ontario. He graduated from North Hastings High School in 1999.

Bricen pursued a post-secondary education and graduated from Loyalist College in 2002 with a diploma as a Construction Engineer Technician. Bricen spent the next 2 years working for a high end bathroom and kitchen retailer where he extensively grew his product knowledge and expertise.

Bricen came to work for Warren & Co. in 2004 and began his plumbing apprenticeship immediately thereafter. Bricen completed all the mandatory requirements for the plumbing apprenticeship program and received his Certificate of Qualification in May 2007 and is a fully licensed plumber with Warren & Co.

Bricen is dedicated to continually upgrading his knowledge base. He became a certified Rinnai Tankless Water Heater installer and serviceman in 2007, obtained his G3 gas licence in spring 2008, completed the Basic Hydronic Heating course in spring 2009, and completed the Veissman Condensing Boiler course in summer 2009.

Bricen now lives in Carrying Place with his wife Joelle and their Bassett Hound 'Buford'. Bricen can't wait for October each year as he is an avid hockey fan and a devoted fan of the Ottawa Senators.

Steven Fox - Plumber

In 1990 Steve came to work for Warren & Co. and began his plumbing apprenticeship a couple of years later. Steve completed all the mandatory requirements for the plumbing apprenticeship program and received his Certificate of Qualification in June 1996 and is now a fully licensed plumber with Warren & Co. Steve also has his Certificate as a gas fitter which he received in 1999.

Steve is dedicated and is continually upgrading his knowledge base. He became a certified Rinnai Tankless Water Heater Installer and serviceman in 2007, and completed the Veissman Condensing Boiler course in the summer of 2009.

Steve lives in Trenton with his wife Marilyn, and his hobbies are snowmobiling, golfing, and fishing.

Jason Aggett - Project Coordinator

Jason was born and raised in Coe Hill, Ontario and lived there until he graduated from North Hastings High School in 1993. From there, he moved to Toronto and took a position with a freight forwarder working close to Pearson Int'l Airport.

After five years of city life, he decided it was time to move closer to his roots. In 2000, Jason moved to Campbellford where he still resides today. Jason has made Campbellford his hometown where he, his wife Shelley and two girls have recently moved into their newly built home which is located on their family owned sixty five acre horse farm.

Jason joined Warren & Co. in July of 2012 where he accepted the position of project coordinator. Jason has several years' experience in providing superior customer service and coordinating with customers to offer them sound advice and the comfort they are looking for when making important decisions. Jason spends most of his days meeting with customers to discuss their renovating needs and working with the co-workers to make sure the jobs are coordinated and running smoothly.

When not at work, Jason spends his time riding horses, playing golf, hockey and refereeing minor hockey. He looks forward to family outings, especially when everyone can get out together for a nice trail ride.

Mary Price - Secretary

Mary was born and raised in Trenton, Ontario. She graduated from Trenton High School in 1974.

Right after high school and until January 1976 Mary was employed by Morton-Parker Ltd., Trenton. In January 1976 Mary decided to move to Edmonton, Alberta with a girlfriend to start a new career. Upon arriving in Edmonton it was only days before she found a job with the New Home Certification Program of Alberta and worked with them until October 1978. From there Mary was a Sales Administrator with Block Bros. Realty Ltd. from January 1979 to June 1984. After leaving Block Bros Realty, Mary joined her husband, Warren, with his two businesses (Smart Homes Ltd., and Warm Home Insulation Inc.).

Mary moved back to Trenton, Ontario in April 1987 with husband Warren and took the summer off enjoying her time back home.

From March 1988 to January, 1991 Mary was employed by a land developer in Belleville as a Secretary/Receptionist. After taking the summer of 1991 off Mary joined the dental office of Dr. Jim Harris which is now West End Dental Centre. Mary is still employed at West End Dental Centre as Financial Coordinator working three days a week.

The balance of Mary's time is spent as Secretary/Bookkeeper for Warren & Co. Contracting Ltd.

Like Warren, Mary also enjoys her time at their cottage - all four seasons.
