VEGETARIAN PIES: curry chickpeas with potatoes

PELAU: Stewed caramelized chicken with rice and “pigeon” peas

SPECIALS:  Saturdays – ROTI Nights (a thin round flat bread filled with your choice of curry chicken with potatoes or curry chickpeas with potatoes or curry potatoes and squash)

CAKE ARTISAN: Special Event Cakes are available.  Traditional Caribbean Wedding Cakes – Black Cake (aka Rum Cake) covered with Almond Paste (aka “marzipan”) and topped with Fondant.  Decorated as per Customer’s choice.
