Hello Unveiled Vendors,

We are only days away now and can’t wait to see you all! It is shaping up to be another amazing Unveiled Boutique Bridal Event!
 You may start setting up as early as 2:00 pm on Saturday, January 11, 2020  until 6:00 pm that day. On Sunday, January 12, 2020, set up will begin at 8:00 am. We do ask that booths are set up and ready to go by 10:30 am as the doors open promptly at 11:00. All 10 x 10 and 6 x 8 booths will be piped and draped with a table and table linens set up and ready to go. The Pub Style booths will include a pub table and linen as well.

  The Ramada Inn is a beautiful location, while the area is not locked it is not advertised as an open area.  Unveiled nor the Ramada Inn are responsible for anything that is left unattended.

Parking: You are able to stop briefly near the front doors of the Ramada Inn to unload but you must move your vehicle as soon as you have unloaded and proceed to the parking lot.  Please do not leave your car in the unloading area while you take your items to your booth. Unload, park then bring your items to your booth. Please do so  in a timely manner out of respect for the Ramada Inn guests and the other vendors.This makes a smoother process for us all. For those of you that need electricity, please be sure to bring your extension cords and anything else you may need. 
Tear down begins at 3:00 pm when the event ends and must be completed by 6:00 pm.

We do give out 50 swag bags to the first 50 brides through the door.  Everyone is encouraged to add a sample, giveaway, etc to the swag bags.  Please be sure to have it dropped off to either of Lily’s Bridal Boutique locations in Belleville or Trenton no later than Friday at 3:00 pm.
