The smell of fresh baked goods. That's what you get when you walk in the door at #wannakers Home Sweet Home. A brand new bakery in Quinte West owned by Melanie and Paul with a lot of help from the family: the girls are baking, Bob is making boxes, the daughters are serving customers and sons-in-laws are making donuts. After closing for renovations, #tigerchickenandribs opened in downtown Trenton at the former site of Tommy’s Restaurant. Kugan who has over eighteen years’ experience in the restaurant industry owns the new restaurant and has recently relocated here from Port Perry. Working alongside his wife, the renovated restaurant features a brand new commercial kitchen, take out counter, beer on tap, new point of sale system, big screen TV’s, new booths and tables and new staff. After a year in the making, #theartizencafe in Frankford officially opened their doors at the end of October. Cafe and artisan gift shop. Opening day saw live music, friendship, laughs, delicious food, bevies and an atmosphere that will make you want to come back.
